Concept Design Idea of this house is started from combination between preference and hobbies, then the designer integrate all and separate them to the elements of design.
Most of furniture are chosen before design process. The owners want ‘Baxter’, Furniture Brands, stand in their house, such as beds, sofa or lamp. Therefore, it’s not hard to blend furniture to atmosphere’s design.
Owner’s identity is stamped all around the house, especially the painting on a sliding walnut window, ‘The Creation of Adam’. This painting is memorable and special enough that owner tattoo on his arm. More than that; Terrazzo floor and wall are blending to other materials appropriately, in case of Nostalgia; the childhood memory and present preference.
